All tools are thoroughly sterilized between clients using specialized disinfection equipment. We never cut corners on your safety.
Stations, chairs, and all high-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
We never re-use consumables that touch your skin, including paraffin wax. Unlike many salons, we believe your safety is worth the extra cost.

Every metal tool (nippers, pushers, files) is cleaned, disinfected with hospital-grade solutions, and sterilized in an autoclave or UV sterilizer between each client. Single-use items like buffers and nail files are never reused.
Pedicure basins are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We use EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants and follow strict cleaning protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
Our technicians wash their hands thoroughly before and after each service.
Paraffin wax, cotton, gauze, and any other consumable materials are never reused. Many salons recycle paraffin wax to cut costs — we never do. Each client receives fresh, unopened materials.
We respectfully decline service to clients showing signs of nail fungus, infections, or contagious skin conditions. This protects you, our staff, and other clients. We're happy to reschedule once the condition has cleared.
Our spa maintains excellent air quality with proper ventilation systems to minimize exposure to fumes and chemicals. We use low-odor, high-quality products when possible.
