Extended session for deeper relaxation and enhanced benefits. Ideal for maximum detoxification, muscle recovery, and a complete mental reset once you are used to the heat.
Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared saunas use infrared light waves to gently warm your body from within. This allows for a deeper, more comfortable heat experience at lower temperatures, making it accessible for those who find traditional saunas too intense.
Infrared heat penetrates deep into your tissues, promoting increased sweating that helps eliminate toxins, heavy metals, and environmental pollutants from your body.
The gentle heat raises your core body temperature and heart rate, similar to moderate exercise. This increased metabolic activity can help burn calories while you simply relax.
The deep-penetrating heat increases blood circulation, delivering oxygen and nutrients to tired muscles while reducing inflammation, soreness and joint pain.
The warmth triggers the release of endorphins while promoting deep relaxation. Regular sessions can improve sleep quality and help manage anxiety and tension.
Infrared heat causes blood vessels to dilate. Enhanced blood flow delivers more oxygen to your organs and tissues, supporting cardiovascular health and promoting healing.
Increased circulation and deep sweating help purify your skin from within, reducing the appearance of blemishes and improving skin tone and elasticity.
Regular use may strengthen your immune system by creating an artificial fever response, helping your body fight off infections while stimulating white blood cell production.
Consult your physician first. Before using our infrared sauna, we strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or concerns.
Special considerations. Children, elderly individuals, and those with compromised immune systems should use infrared saunas with caution and only with physician approval. If you experience dizziness, nausea, headache, or discomfort during your session, exit the sauna immediately.

Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared saunas use infrared light waves to gently warm your body from within. This innovative approach allows for a deeper, more comfortable heat experience at lower temperatures (typically 120-150°F compared to 180-200°F in traditional saunas), making it accessible for those who find traditional saunas too intense.
The infrared heat penetrates deeper into your tissues, promoting increased sweating and more effective detoxification while remaining comfortable throughout your session.
We offer two session lengths to fit your needs: a 30-minute session for $30 or a 45-minute session for $45.
For first-time users, we recommend starting with the 30-minute session to allow your body to acclimate to infrared heat therapy. As you become more comfortable, you can extend to 45-minute sessions for deeper relaxation and enhanced benefits.
Listen to your body and exit the sauna if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or uncomfortable at any time.
To prepare for your infrared sauna session:
Before: Hydrate well (drink at least 16 oz of water beforehand), wear lightweight, comfortable clothing or bring a bathing suit and towel, avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours before your session, remove jewelry and metal accessories, and arrive a few minutes early to relax.
After: Continue hydrating and allow time to cool down gradually. Shower facilities are available if you'd like to rinse off after your session.
For optimal results, most people benefit from 2-3 infrared sauna sessions per week. However, frequency can vary based on your individual health goals and tolerance.
Some wellness enthusiasts enjoy daily sessions, while others prefer once or twice weekly. Consistency is key — regular use over time provides cumulative benefits for detoxification, stress relief, muscle recovery, and overall wellness.
Start with 1-2 sessions per week and adjust based on how your body responds. Always consult with your healthcare provider to determine the best frequency for your specific needs.
